BBA Program

Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA)

The Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA) program of Pokhara University, which PCM follows, is designed to produce professional managers. The program provides students with sound conceptual foundation and practical skills in various areas of business.


Specially, the program aims to:
1. Prepare students to start professional career in business or public management at entry level managerial position.
2. Inculcate positive attitudes, abilities, and practical skills that are essentials for a socially responsible and competent manger.
3. Develop adequate foundation for higher studies in management.


The BBA is a four-year program spread over eight semesters. A student needs to complete 120 credit hours of course word, project work and internship to graduate. The language of instruction is English. Each course has a certain number of credit hours assigned to it. One lecture hour per week per semester is assigned one credit. A three-credit hour course, for instance, has 48 class hours assigned to it.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Minimum 12 years of formal schooling.
2. CGPA of 1.8 (on a 4.0-point scale) or 45% grades (minimum Grade 'D' on individual subjects) in any +2 stream.
